Role description:

As a member of the Solution Delivery Leadership Team within Arcadis' Digital Intelligence business, the role holder will be accountable for the successful delivery of our Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) portfolio of business in the North America region. Working collaboratively with our sales, project management and product management teams, the Solution Delivery Director will ensure our implementation projects are delivered such that they meet our clients' expectations and we delivery on our business targets.

The role sits within our global business area Digital Intelligence. We use digital intelligence and deep human knowledge to create products and solutions in a holistic way. We empower our clients with agile, data-driven insights and technologies that complement our sustainable design, engineering and advisory expertise. We can confidently work in partnership to address global challenges from climate change and rapid urbanization, to increasing digitalization, socio-economic disruption and societal expectations head-on, all with the common goal of improving quality of life.

Role accountabilities:

• Team Leadership - Lead members of your team, managing individual and collective performance and growth. Provide leadership to project team members deployed in your business line.
• Delivery - Custodian of a delivery portfolio associated with an assigned line of Solutions business. Responsible for portfolio performance as measured by delivered margin versus 'as-sold' margin, and the management of associated risks and opportunities.
• Customer Experience - Responsible for evaluating and managing customer satisfaction as it relates to implementation success.
• Business development - Pro-actively collaborate with the Digital Intelligence Sales function and others involved in the business winning process to drive growth in assigned business line, support alignment of pursuit responses.
• Market Development - Provide leadership contribution to the representation of your solution area in our target markets,and ensuring market intelligence informs both our business winning and our product / solution development.
• Forward Load Management - Consolidate the resource demand profile in your Solution area.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Established Business Leader with a strong performance management mindset
• Significant leadership experience on €M digital solution delivery projects
• Experience across the business winning to business delivery lifecycle, with strong commercial awareness
• Track record in developing and delivering account scope and growth
• Industry recognized leader for solution area
• Ability to coordinate teams, create sense of common purpose
• Collaborative in approach and client-oriented in focus

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $126,750 - $242,938. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
