Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals
• Assess residents' progress and adjust therapies as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Educate residents and their families to support ongoing recovery

What You Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Alaska
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
