As a Registered Nurse for Homeland HomeHealth, you would contribute to our community of caring by providing direct support to patients where they feel most comfortable, promoting and fostering their healing process.

We believe in a multiple-disciplined approach to help patients in their healing journey, which includes wound care, cardiac care, palliative care, fall prevention, rehabilitation services, intravenous therapy, and other care services.
This is a Full-time position, with daytime hours, Monday through Friday.This position provides care for patients in a portion of the greater Harrisburg region. This position requires a valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license, a valid Pennsylvania drivers license, and reliable internet access.

As Homeland HomeHealths RN you would provide provide skilled professional nursing care to home health patients, as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with the Home Health Care Medicare Conditions of Participation, Pennsylvania Home Health Care licensure laws, and agency policies and procedures. You will provide the initial and comprehensive nursing assessment of patient needs and collaborate to develop the home health plan of care, as well as reevaluate and revise the plan of care relative to the patients nursing needs to provide appropriate, comprehensive and responsive goals and interventions. You will work closely with other members of the health care delivery team to ensure all patient and family care needs are being met and provide supervision to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Home Health Aides.
Requirements include:
Education and Experience Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program. Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred. Has minimum of one (1) year general nursing preferred with current home health, medical, surgical or critical care experience. Ability to work within an interdisciplinary setting. Ability to work independently.
Licensure, Registration, and Certification Requirements:
Registered Nurse licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation that is insured in accordance with Pennsylvania state requirements and agency policy. Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers. Satisfactory criminal background check. Maintains current CPR certification. Access to reliable internet access.
