HR Data Analyst (Human Resources)
JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resources Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with employment eligibility verification (I-9) requirements, assisting the HR and Legal teams conduct audits, and generating comprehensive HR reports. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of HR data and supporting the organization's compliance efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I-9 Compliance:
Maintain subject matter expertise on all aspects of Form I-9, E-Verify, I-9 Reverification, and reporting through the company's Onboarding and HCM systems
Work with the Compliance team to conduct regular audits of I-9 forms to ensure compliance with USCIS regulations.
Provide training and guidance to Site HR and employees on I-9 requirements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to I-9 compliance.
Audit:
Conduct periodic audits of HR processes and records to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Identify and report discrepancies or areas for improvement in HR practices.
Collaborate with HR team members to implement corrective actions and improve compliance.
Reporting:
Support HR and Legal projects by providing relevant data and analysis Generate reports to support the HR and Legal teams.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports.
Act as liaison between the HR & Legal team to provide support and guidance on processes and projects.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR compliance, auditing, & reporting.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Strong knowledge of I-9 requirements and USCIS regulations.
Proficiency in HCM systems and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
