Executive Director (Apple Creek YMCA) (Biotech)

The Apple Creek YMCA, located on the north side of Appleton, Wisconsin, is hiring an Executive Director. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys multi-faceted roles and has a strong desire to serve members, staff, board members and volunteers. As an executive director, you'll be responsible for multiple program areas, including membership, building facilities, environmental education & nature preserve, wellness and child care & camps. Apply your skills to facilities management, program growth, staff development and relationship building while fostering strong relationships with our communities. In addition to serving as a mentor & leader, you'll ensure members, guests & employees are taken care of, boosting members & employee satisfaction & retention.

This is a full-time exempt position with flexible scheduling.

The Apple Creek branch of the YMCA of the Fox Cities has a unique focus on environmental education that includes the oversight of the 102-acre Bruce B. Purdy Nature Preserve. In addition, this branch has a nature center program serving over 6,000 students each year, has a 3,500 membership base and has staff team of over 55 employees.
