Assistant Shift Supervisor - Night Shift (6:45PM - 7:15AM) (Transportation)

Responsible for training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work.

Reporting and taking corrective action when necessary to supervised employees.

Troubles shoot machines, molds, materials, and color.

Respond to inspector/packer bell, check cycle, and adjust as needed.

Inspection of product quality, make proper repairs/ adjustments when needed.

Adjustment and repair of auxiliary equipment, as needed.

Take last shots and set-ups for jobs ending during assigned shift.

Have understanding of injection molding and production process.

Other duties as assigned.
