The Impact You'll Make in this Role
The Sr Manager, Data Governance and Enablement holds a prominent position within Solventum's MedSurg Commercial organization, serving as a highly visible executive leader and a critical strategic partner to the Commercial go-to-market organization. This role is pivotal in enabling effective data harnessing and advanced analytics capabilities to support development of market and business strategies, the securement of strategic and operational advantages, and the acceleration of short- and long-term results. In addition, this role will play a thought and program leadership role in the evolution of Solventum's AI and ML capabilities.
Reporting directly to the Director, Commercial Operations, this leader will have direct oversight over key areas, including data governance, implementing and maintaining a leading master data management capability, leading third-party data strategy, commercial tech stack ownership, technology-enabled continuous improvement, and being a thought leader and innovator in directing product ownership within the AGILE framework. This is a newly established role, offering the ideal candidate the exceptional opportunity to infuse industry best practice and thought leadership into building this critical capability for Solventum. Responsibilities:
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree AND 12 years in data management/governance, with 6+ years in leadership roles, preferably in healthcare.
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 16 years in data management/governance, with 6+ years in leadership roles, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of data management systems (e.g., Salesforce), data modeling, SQL, and big data tools.
• Experience leading teams within the Agile framework, managing product owners, and handling multiple projects.
• Experience in leading Master Data Management programs and ensuring data quality and consistency across teams.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $207,348 - $253,425, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
