• We are seeking a result oriented leader for the role of Director, Project Management. In this role, you will lead our Regulatory Reporting, Insights & Analytics and Process Management teams, reporting to the Head of Service Support & Solutions. You will lead reporting enhancements and analysis to drive identification and prioritization of a range of initiatives to drive strategically aligned outcomes across all US Businesses.
• Success in this role will be built on your ability to deliver differentiated outcomes to drive forward business strategies, form trusting relationships with all levels of leadership while collaborating with partners across USB, as well as the ability operate in a fast-paced, forward-looking business environment.
What you can expect:
• Assess complex situations and qualitative data that lead to the identification, prioritization and selection of opportunities with quantitative outcomes
• Build in-depth knowledge of the US Businesses, products, systems, data and service and draw on that knowledge to create strategies for moving forward initiatives and identifying new opportunities
• Provide support for and lead project management execution, developing and providing visibility into a portfolio of work in flight & in the pipeline that is well understood and supported by leadership
• Lead a team of strategic data & project management experts, tapping into the teams diverse skillset to maximize our value add to the organization
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders and work with cross-functional team to identify emerging business trends to incorporate in all reporting & analytics deliverables
What you'll need:
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a related role within the financial services industry
• Technologically savvy with innovative
• Passionate about leveraging the latest technologies to improve productivity and using data to make fact-based decisions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in executing agendas aligned with business strategy.
• Strong communicator with executive presence
• Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, visibility, and trust
• Not afraid to ‘roll up the sleeves' and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn – pushes the team to do the same
