Greet each guest with a smile and anticipate guest needs.
Process guest registrations, including collecting payment.
Cash handling responsibilities.
Complete shift and end of business day reports.
Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints; alert the appropriate manager to potential issues as needed.
Maintain front office inventory items.
Communicate all pertinent shift information to upper management and other desk staff.
