Human Resources Coordinator (Human Resources)
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting exit interviews.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and answer related questions.
Organize and coordinate training sessions and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
*This is a dynamic role that may see opportunity to perform other duties as need arises.
The Required Capabilities and Credentials:
Working towards or recently obtained bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an engineering or technical environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
The work environment is primarily indoors at firms' facility, with approximately 10% of time spent indoors/outdoors at project or construction sites where hard-hat and other safety gear is often required. (PPE is provided by firm.)
While performing field work associated with this position employees will be required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl and carry and/or climb ladders of varying heights. The employee may lift and/or move items over 50 pounds.
