At the SF Fed, the Public Engagement group is driving the Bank's journey to be a community-engaged organization. Our team develops trusted relationships with business, community, and government stakeholders to understand the needs of the Twelfth Federal Reserve District, deepen public awareness of the SF Fed's work, and strengthen public trust in the Federal Reserve System.
The Lead Operations Support Specialist will report to the Business Operations Manager and support the SF Fed's commitment to meaningful engagement and relationships in the communities we serve by providing specialized administrative, clerical, logistical, and analytical support to the Public Engagement team.

Base Salary Range:
Lead Operations Support Specialist (4+ years of relevant experience):
Min: $78,200 - Mid: $101,700 - Max: $124,900 (Location: San Francisco)
Sr. Operations Support Specialist (2+ years of relevant experience):
Min: $65,700 – Mid: $85,300 – Max: $104,900
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.
