Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking qualified candidates for an Operations Supervisor role in our Veteran Affairs Operations team. You will serve as the face of the organization through direct interactions with military service members, delivering exceptional customer service at all touchpoints.

What part would you play in this role?
As an Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as a liaison between project management and planning, and the project team. In addition, you will oversee the status of operational issues, and schedule, and prepare reports while monitoring and developing resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
