Role Responsibilities

• Develop and implement consumer connection strategies that align with the company's overall Suntory Global Spirits objectives.
• Create and execute of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Utilize consumer data and market research to inform strategies and improve consumer engagement.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service.
• Ensure a seamless and positive brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of consumer connection initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve consumer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns. Experience in creating elevated experiences according to specified brand standards
• Experience in the alcohol beverage industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns within the alcohol beverage sector, including experience with paid media, social media, and influencer marketing.
• Ability to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches to connect with consumers.
• Solid communication and presentation skills

Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, is $120,000 to $140,000, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate ,with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset. The range will vary if outside of this location.
