House Manager (Project Management)
The House Manager is responsible for the execution and coordination of the daily administrative tasks needed to support the nursing staff, including participation in regularly scheduled on-call rotation. The House Manager reports directly to the Community Nurse. This position is full time and requires the role to be accessible during regular business hours as part of the on-call rotation.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must complete probationary period successfully. Needs effective supervisory skills. Must be able to communicate and work with all levels of the companys Employees effectively. Ability to work flexible hours and days to meet the requirements of the job. Ability and willingness to perform all position responsibilities adequately and apply basic management principles. College degree and experience is preferred. Must have a history of actively demonstrating Frontidas culture and exhibiting extraordinary care toward Frontidas residents
