University Student Services Assistant II (Administrative)
This position oversees the Campus & Electronic Deposits area which is responsible for the processing and reconciliation of all funds received by university departments as well as ensuring compliance with university and state deposit processing policies. This position is vital not only to the current leadership needs of this area but also essential to the development and implementation of initiatives to better serve the university community.
The qualified candidate will be able to oversee all incoming electronic vendor payments. This includes but is not limited to retrieving daily files, maintaining the Microsoft Teams Electronic Deposit site, and posting payments into the university's Financials/Student Accounts Receivable system. Many of these payments require extensive research that involves multiple outreach attempts with departments across campus as well as the original sender of the funds.

Coordination of daily operations includes but is not limited to: policy and procedure interpretation and implementation; utilizing decision-making skills. Individuals will train staff to ensure compliance with federal, state and university policies and regulations.
