Final Inspector (Finance)

Summary:
The Final Inspector is an entry level function which supports technicians/engineers with complex tasks and performs inspection of products, and performs essential duties to meet customer and AS9100 requirements. The position performs final inspections on products using internal documents (i.e.: GPS, GMS, GOS and GWI). This position also works on quality-related projects with direction from the Quality Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Customer drawing(s) and specification(s)
4. Coordinate with CNC production to inspect and rework parts in a timely matter.
5. Perform product, system verifications and In-Process inspections using; Inspection plans, calibrated inspection tools and measuring instruments to validate conformance with MCGC and customer specifications.
6. Identify, segregate and document nonconforming products for disposition.
7. Maintain daily inspection log.
