Insurance Agent (Account Executive) - Medicare/Health (Sales)
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, client referrals and professional referrals.
Educate existing and potential clients on coverage options, including providing personalized 1 on 1 advice and designing insurance packages to fit the client's needs and budget
Identify opportunities for cross-selling to fill coverage gaps where appropriate
Manage workload and appointments in an organized fashion, including maintaining agency and individual CRM
Qualifications:
Michigan Resident Health license with 2 years of related experience OR 3 years of comparable experience with the ability to become licensed within 30 days of hire if not already.
AHIP / FWA Annual Certification OR the ability to become certified within 14 days of hire
ACA / FFM Annual Certification OR the ability to become certified within 14 days of hire
Ability to work independently while being an active team member
Customer facing background / customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Google/Microsoft, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
