Risk Manager (Finance)

The Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact hotel operations, guests, employees, and assets. This role ensures compliance with safety regulations, manages insurance claims, implements loss prevention strategies, and develops policies to minimize financial and operational risks. The Risk Manager works closely with hotel leadership, human resources & legal teams, as well as operational departments to create a safe and secure environment while protecting the organization from liability.
