Food and Beverage Manager, Veranda - Hotel del Coronado, A Curio Collection by Hilton (Finance)

Located on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms (to include cottages and villas), 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new Veranda, reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, directly overseeing 1 Food and Beverage Manager and 55 Front of House Team Members.
The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations). At least 3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Strong beverage knowledge and managing a unionized work environment is preferred.

Shift:Various - must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Rate:The annual salary range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
