Regulatory Affairs Specialist (Food Manufacturing) (Project Management)
General Summary
The Regulatory Affairs Specialist is responsible for reviewing, revising and approving all Reser's brand labels for legal accuracy, regulatory compliance and overall correctness in accordance with current FDA and USDA regulations and company-specific standards.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Job Specifications
Bachelor of Science in the field of Food Science, Nutrition or other strongly related field is preferred and 5+ years of experience with direct responsibility for food product labeling. 10+ years of experience in a similar regulatory or labeling position is preferred. Experience with electronic label review software and systems is also preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Working Conditions
1. Office environment.
2. Occasional travel (10%) throughout the US for work or professional training. Able to work extended hours on occasion.
3. Occasionally lift packages up to 20 pounds.
This position is eligible for a bonus based on company goals/performance.
