Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate firmware, software, and hardware development projects related to the RESEPI product line. This role requires strong experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp and Microsoft Project to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between departments, ensuring smooth communication and execution of projects across engineering, production, and sales teams. This individual will be expected to work independently and with minimal supervision and collaborate well with other people. Practice clear written and oral communication skills, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

• Develop, manage, and track project plans, timelines, and deliverables using ClickUp, Microsoft Project, and other PM tools.
• Define project scopes, goals, and resource requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for all project phases.

Cross-Functional Communication

• Act as the primary point of contact for firmware, software, and hardware development teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Facilitate meetings between engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Process Optimization & Risk Management

• Identify potential project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement and refine project management best practices to improve efficiency.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints.

Process Optimization & Risk Management

• Develop a deep understanding of the RESEPI product line, including its technical components and development lifecycle.
• Support product-related decision-making by leveraging knowledge of firmware, software, and hardware requirements.
• Work closely with the development team to manage feature roadmaps, bug tracking, and version control.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in ClickUp, Microsoft Project, and other project management platforms.
• Experience managing technical projects related to firmware, software, and hardware development.
• Strong ability to coordinate between engineering, production, and sales teams.
• Familiarity with the RESEPI product line and its technical aspects.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inventory control, and supply chain workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
